Visited this store today Tuesday 29th November, the staff are incredibly helpful, I needed to to purchase some West Ham lounge shorts on behalf of my daughter as she had problems with ordering online, the store manager “Dave” ( I asked if I could have his name) went out of his way to help me, the shop was quite busy but all staff were actually asking customers if they could help them, it’s not often you get this kind of curtesy in a shop, I had a very pleasant experience shopping in this store, so I highly recommend it, the manager is an asset to this shop and has very obviously trained his staff to a very high level of customer services! Well done all of you 👍🏻

Basildon centre. There were 2 staff members. One young guy with a small scar, and a slender blonde woman. They were the most helpful, friendliest staff members, i have ever come across in many years of visiting West ham stores. Could not fault the effort, they both put in. Many thanks to them both.
