I had LVT fitted 3 weeks ago. Part of the flooring not sticking. Initially responsive saying they would return. 3 weeks still waiting, now ignoring my messages etc. Funny that I get a response now after all these months. I didnt have your wrong number as you replied by text or you could have popped round. Poor excuse ! I paid a lot of money for a floor that's isnt fit for purpose. The floor isnt fit for purpose another carpet fitter had to come and rectify your mistake and to top it off you cut the carpet too short on the stairs I could go on. I have pics to prove this and and can get the other carpet fitter to confirm. You never came back after my husband had the day off work and had no intention of returning

I cant rate the workmanship, as never got that far! I visited the shop re new wooden flooring and received a visit the same day to measure up. Was told they would txt me that afternoon with a quote, however, nearly 3 weeks later still havent received one!!!!! ....wanted to give a local company the job, however now gone elsewhere.
