We have left our two cats Bonnie and Luna with Karen and Lidia at West Grove several times and long periods and the cats were very well looked after in beautiful pens with lovely surroundings. So so clean and spacious pens ! They are very caring and always answer our messages promptly . So kind and helpful. I am very grateful for this 5* cattery . We even got lovely photos of them from Karen while on vacation. So thoughtful. 😻😻😻
