worst appointment system today i was calling from 8 i was in queue on no 7 after 25 minutes when i was no.1 they disconected and i called again i was on no 6 after 15 minutes they picked up the phone and told me no appointment left for today and i was trying to explain that i was in the queue before as well it was not my fault someone disconected she said its does'nt metter go to walking center. she was so rude.. people like that don't deserve those jobs for public service if they don't learn before how to treat a patient with respect and try to solve the problem like other surgerys...i am thinking to change the surgery just beacuse of reception staff doc are verry nice but reception ..omg

Worst doctor I have ever seen tying to get anywhere with if you with the I suggest you change unprofessional and rude staff there needs to be a massive change which will need to be looked into you call this a doctor's they are no help and they need to start listening to the people who go here as of now this will need to be brought up to a board or something and looked into

Its the worst gp I have ever been în.every time I went I didnt get anything sorted out. I couldnt make a single appointment Wether it was online or at the reception. I came with my boy to the gp emergency because his stomach was hurting so much he was vomiting on and on and they said they couldnt help because I didnt have an appointment. Last week I got a blood test, I asked for my results on friday and today and they said I will receive them în 3 weeks after the doctor accept. Im really dissapointed and I dont recommend this gp to anyone.
