87 quid for 3 hours in the kennels, chip had old address so was housed here. Messaged them as didn’t answer phone. They don’t go into details they just ask for a fee, my dog run out of the house and was picked up by council. Rude customer service when I was panicked about my dog. They hold them hostage and won’t even let you see them until you pay. Dog lovers my arse. Receipt didn’t explain costs of my dog for 3 hours. just a fee for a collection. Hope they are happy taking money off people who have nothing.

Clean,tidy ,well organised,nothing is too much trouble. They have worked tirelessly with our dog and kept up his training whilst he is with them.I would not hesitate boarding my dog here and recommending Vicki and her team to other owners.Thank you so much Ive learnt to relax without my dogs .
