Reasonable. Attitude of the woman in charge was poor. Misunderstanding over the type of wash was grudgingly admitted before it was rectified. I had to remove some bird droppings which they had missed. Not as good as it used to be.

Whilst they are fast, my car was left with countless smears and streaks, both on bodywork and windows. To be fair, 5 workers was not enough to ensure a great finish, 2 washers and 3 end of line driers and polishers, just didn't cut it. At £10, this is probably the cheapest hand wash in the county, but I think for the extra £2, I'd be heading to Pinkmead. Very hard working team, but woefully short of personnel. Be aware... this is a cash ONLY, operation.
