Very very disappointed as I called up last week to book a blood test as I’m very curious as to if I’m healthy or not. No questions were asked and I was given a date for a blood test. Today is the day of the blood test and I’ve called in to clarify the time of the appointment to find out that I need to have a blood form filled out first or I can’t have the appointment . I have never booked a blood test and had no idea this needed to be done. The lady on the phone at Stonecross didn’t apologise and told me that it’s standard for people to know this information??? Shambles!!

I've found the Doctors to be helpful, but the staff that work there make the biggest difference. I've found them to be extremely helpful. I lost my health several years ago and I have relied heavily on the surgery. From my own experience, I can't fault the surgery.
