From start to finish Becci had the whole day in hand and had such a calming, reassuring presence. She was brilliant at managing all of our other suppliers, ensuring everyone had what they needed and were staying on schedule. It was also really helpful having a run through with her the day before, which meant that ceremony went so smoothly! Over the last year of wedding planning, so many people said to us “lots of things will go wrong on the day, so try not to worry about it” - but not a single thing went wrong, thanks to Becci! Great value for money - would definitely recommend!!

The Westcountry Wedding Planning team are just what every bride and groom need! We approached them when we realised that our dream location wasn’t going to allow us access to decorate the day before, so they swooped in and picked up all the on the day coordination for us. And they couldn’t have done a more fantastic job! Our Wedding Coordinator was fantastic, she transformed our location in to a venue fit for a wedding in a short amount of time, adding personal touches and decorations. She made sure that things ran smoothly (even literally running buttonhole flowers down the high street!) and that all the suppliers knew when and what they were doing! It was so helpful to tap in to their knowledge and vast experience to plan our day too. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Gemma and her team did a fantastic job in helping us plan our big day on Dartmoor (all while we were in Singapore). Gemma is so down to earth and comforting and talking to her reassured me that everything was under control, as planning a wedding from abroad is not easy. She helped us arrange everything we needed to hire for our DIY wedding and recommended everyone from the catering to the celebrant (who was just amazing). She had a great team with her on the day who helped set up the venue and run the day smoothly. They really made sure that as bride and groom, we had no worries on the day at all. Deborah planned our wedding in Cyprus last week. I cannot thank her enough for everything she did, 2 years of planning, one reschedule due to covid and several changes of location etc. (due to me) She handled everything quickly and made sure the day was exactly as I dreamed it would be. Where to start...just incredible! 2020 was the year we wanted to get married and against all odds, we did it, but theres no way we could of done it without WCWP! We decided to bring our wedding forward due to changing government guidance and on 23rd September I asked Gemma if we could pull it off on 26th September and she moved mountains to get it to work ❤ having someone to contact suppliers, get our running order nailed and co ordinate the entire day, so we could just enjoy it all and take in the dreamy day we had. Having "on the day co ordination" meant everyone could relax, family and the bridal party didn't need "jobs" or to worry about keeping timings. You can see the passion that Gemma has for weddings and the couples she works with. From the moment we met, pre pandemic and 'new normal', you just know that she's going to make your day amazing!
