A wonderful venue for a team day, refreshments and lunch were plentiful and excellent. Watersport facilities seem excellent though could you consider having the option of shorter sessions - I wouldn't personally have the energy for 1.5-2 hours which would make it rather expensive. I particularly enjoyed watching my team fall in the water. Staff all very friendly and helpful. I support unisex loos but would prefer the walls completely floor to ceiling with no gaps at all in walls or above/below the door.

We hired the meeting room for a team away day. We couldn't of asked for a better venue the surroundings are beautiful and made for a relaxing day. As a team building activity we hired the jumbo SUP which was great fun and we haven't laughed so much in a long time. All staff were welcoming and accommodating and the food provided was fantastic. Overall it was a fantastic day in a beautiful setting and we will definitely be back

I became a cold water swimmer for health reasons in Feb of this year and started going to West Country Water Park with my wife - we now go every weekend if we can and so have purchased season tickets. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and encouraging. You do what is good for you and within your abilities and they are just as positive to those of us there to take care of our well being as they are to those that are obviously very good distance swimmers or triathletes. The facilities are expanding and improving all the time - can very much recommend the handmade specialist sausage rolls, bacon baps, etc as well as the various coffees, my wife loves the hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows! If not into swimming in cold water then there is lots more to do; from paddle boarding to the huge inflatable water park - there is always a knowledgeable person on hand to help and guide you with all equipment (boards, wetsuits, etc) available for hire at reasonable prices.
