We and our next-door neighbours both inherited nasty old septic tanks draining out to a soakaway in a neighbouring field. Less and ideal and definitely not environmentally friendly! Jody visited and recommended a sound solution, decommissioning the septic tanks and replacing with Tricel treatment plants, discharging to the existing existing soakaway . The work was conducted over 2 weeks by Steve and Rory, for whom nothing was too much trouble. They were a credit to the company. This was particularly notable when they hit bedrock only a metre down! Steve and Rory took great pains to have the minimum impact on the existing gardens and were punctual, cheerful and industrious. We now have 2 fully functioning Tricel treatment plants, compliant with all regulations and future-proofed. A word too for Jake the electrician, who visited to make the connection and electrical checks in a thoroughly professional manner. Accordingly, we would heartily recommend West Country Drainage Services and have no hesitation in awarding 5 stars!

After noticing that waste water was not draining away from our property, we contacted West Country Drainage Services (WCDS) for advice. They suggested a ‘Look and See’ camera survey of our drains and promptly arrived to investigate. The problem was soon found and advised that we had a collapsed drain pipe under our house. Right from the beginning of this problem through to it being resolved, WCDS have been very supportive and helpful. The customer support is amazing and we must say a special thank you to Leanne! The repair work to our drains was completed very quickly and professionally by Gavin, Steve and Rory in very wet weather conditions and they were considerate at all times. I work for a management company and one of my sites has a communal sewage tank. I had used other companies in the past for service and repair but was really struggling to pin them down on quotes for required work etc. I emailed a few different companies and I am so glad that West Country Drainage Services Ltd was one of them. I have dealt with Leanne who has been so responsive and informative that it has made the whole process run smoothly. WCDS originally attended to survey the tank to look at what would be required (repair or replacement) and the report back was very informative. Following the repair, the report back and information provided was very detailed. Extremely happy with the service I have received and I hope to use WCDS every year for servicing and maintenance. We contacted Go Assist, terrible mistake. They finally got round to putting us in touch with preferred management , they were very bad. Finally after 24 hours of waiting with sewage flooding the garden, West Country Drainage came out and quickly sorted the problem. I only wish we had known to contact them first. You live and learn but I wouldn’t touch Go Assist with a barge pole in the future. Would have sacked them but they took our money up front after promising a response within 20 minutes.
