Young lad served me. I need a very big wetsuit due to my size. I tried a wetsuit that did not fit. The guy was so busy ignoring my partner who had gone to ask if they had any larger sizes and was ignored for several minutes while he chatted to his mate in the shop. Sadly none in my size but refused to order me a larger wetsuit as they put one order in every 6 months. On leaving the changing rooms there is a step that is not highlighted. The chap smirked as I nearly fell down and I pointed out they need to highlight it for health and safety. Again he smirked. I explained I worked in care and have back issues, again the young chap smirked. Off we went to Hayle, Down the line surf shop and was met by 2 gents who understand that bigger people need wetsuits, mine is for a return to canoeing and one gent went to his storage lock up and bought back 3 wetsuits for me to try on. Was respectful and advised which has a better fit. The next day I was able to buy wetsuit socks from down the line and returned from a 22 year break to canoeing which was great. Use west cornwall surf co at your own perril. Discrimination and rudeness at its best
