    Took my son and his 2 friends and my daughter for my sons birthday and all 4 of them loved it staff were fantastic they were polite and friendly and helped them wen needed highly recommend any1 to go to this place

    Look ill admit its good fun and a good track and karts, but the lack of staff and communication made the whole experience a big faff. We arrived on time to be stood about for ages and ignored, after filling out forms we were vaguely waved off towards the changing room with many broken suits and helmets, impossible to find one in my size with a working zip, and no checks if helmets were appropriately fitting not even to the younger members of the group. Got onto the karts later than expected although we did get the full session time. Throughout the full session the youngest member of the group, 11 years old, struggled as it was their first time. They got stuck multiple times and I had driven past 3 times and they had not received help. I had to pull up to the member of staff who was stood on his phone and tell him to help her. He had to be told twice, and often left the young driver to sit for ages, which left them in tears and having to leave the track early. Of course I expect no refund or compensation for this but I'm just saying it was not the most friendly experience with little to no staff/customer interaction.

    Visited yesterday for session with my step son and fiance. Lovely big track to blast around. Upon arrival and check-in you get suited up and ready to go. Carts we used were the 160cc ones. Fast when you put your foot down. Thrilling to drive around at such speeds. But was genuinely shocked at how physically brutal the Gs are when you are going flat out. Managed 33 laps in the 25 mins session.. Including fastest lap and fastest average. Great seeing your lap times afterwards all printed out for you to keep. Really enjoyable experience that i will be doing again.
