We were scheduled the next day, the doctor who did the scan of the child explained in detail everything we needed to know. The prices are acceptable and the staff friendly. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart.Parking place is big enough for patient.

Very unprofessional service from the moment I tried to make an appointment it lasted 7 days!!! When I was there today, the man who carried out the examination changed the cables twice, the cables needed to carry out the examination, of course, it is understandable, it's a technical matter, but when he pointed out that my English is poor after so many years of stay, I was mortified. I don't think he should have allowed himself to make such remarks. I do not recommend this place!!!

Disappointing. A very expensive short diagnosis and waste of money. £185 just to look at a potentially suspect mole. To have it removed £650 and 6 weeks waiting. Managed to speak to my GP who would do an in depth examination and then fast track on NHS if required. The reception for the skin clinic was shabby with no masks in the box. It does not look like a private setting more a GP surgery where you have to pay up front for the privilege of seeing someone. It seemed all about the money, exploiting not being able to see a doctor on the NHS. Only a few places for patients to park.

Insufficient parking, I had to park in the street which was coins only and I didn't have enough. The signs at the entrance were no help whatsoever, as I was referred here for a specialist test and did not know the service at all I assumed it would be clear where to go when I arrived but I had to ask various members of the public if they knew before just walking through the building looking for a reception desk only the third of whom was able to help me.
