This PO is fine when it's open. It seems to pick and choose it's opening hours. Many times I've gone and it's closed which is poor when it's the central PO in West Bromwich. I would sooner walk the extra half mile down to Bromford Lane PO in Barton St.

Just went in here and begged the cashier to change a 50p so I could get 20p to use the public toilets. The lady at the till of a post office refused saying they don't give change. Surely a post office can change a low amount, it's not like 50p is a huge amount.I was desperate for the toilet and I think she was way to dismissive. Extremely unwilling to help a guy desperate, I'll never go in there again, a little humanity wouldn't go amiss
