Absolutely fantastic service by taxi driver Pimy. Picked me up from my house to take me to the airport, no issues no stress and also collected me from the airport. Was patient and coordinated the collection for after I had collected my luggage, despite a flight delay. I can not recommend them enough!! I felt at ease knowing my transport was in good hands. Booked taxi on arrival and was advised 30mins. Drives called 5 mins later advising he will be 50 mins. Ended up arrived 1hr later and went to wrong car park. On arrival he (Ram) opened boot from his driver seat and could clearly see we had luggage and children and after a long and delayed flight didn’t offer and help. The boot was messy with oil bottles two tyres and hardly any space for our luggage. I asked him to make space but he ignored the request and ran to the pay machine. I had to clear the boot to make space and take out the tyre. The car was disgusting with mess everywhere with bottles rolling around the floor, screwed up paper everywhere. He also clearly just had lunch (probably explains why he was late!!!) and the smell from the open container of curry made us all feel nauseous. We had to open the windows even thou we all felt cold. I asked him why the car is so messy and he advised the taxi company gave it to him in this state. Having just arrived back from holiday where all the taxi drivers were professional Smart Polite Had clean and new cars Will never book from this company again. I would put 0 stars but had to select 1 to post! Disgusting
