This was the 1st time I have visited the advice centre. The people there were knowledgeable, helpful and lovely. There was stigma attached to needing help, just a desire to help you the best they can from the man on the desk who signs you in to the people who sit with you. I would have no reservations about advising people to go here for support and advice

Visited yesterday with my sister in law.. Staff member told me best place to park on road which was further up Stratford Rd from centre towards Co-Op where there is 2 hour free parking. (Wardens regularly visit area.) Centre big and airy with large rooms with individual tables well spaced apart. There is at least one private room for consultation. Solicitor visits I think every three weeks and appointment needed. On our visit was dealt with by Les. Very nice chap who couldn`t do enough for us and very helpful using internet and telephone to further our enquiries. Came away from session a lot happier than when we went in and cautiously optimistic about the future. Thankyou Les

Have used this facility on various occasions. I have never left without having had the problem sorted, or advice of what to do. They have always said any further problems and get back to them. Currently I have an appointment to see them again this week as I needed a specialist advisor who was already working on another case and had appointments booked last week. Superbly helpful always and I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
