We've been going to WEST for years but it's gone downhill. Drinks are unreasonably expensive, food is often cold and stale. They are usually understaffed and you have to check your receipt because several times we have been overcharged or poured the wrong measure. It's a real shame for a spot with so much potential.

I was a big fan of West beer and was really excited to visit this place. Upon arrival, we waited about 25/30 minutes at the table, with no sign of an opportunity to order. I had to catch a waitress leaving a nearby table to ask if we could make our order. When our drinks arrived (2x flight of beers), I asked if we could have some water for the table and was met by a disgruntled sigh by the waitress. It made us feel deeply uncomfortable. There was a wedding reception, it was busy, but I don’t feel this is an excuse. The place should be appropriately staffed and basic manners maintained. The food was mediocre. I rarely leave reviews, and I like to give the benefit of the doubt, but the experience was so bad that I would recommend avoiding this place.
