Terrible attendance. The employees at this store are extremely rude. they do not greet when they are greeted. They think they are doing people a favor. The bad service is even worse when they serve immigrants; they feel superior and talk to people without manners. It's sad for a brand on the scale of Royal Mail to be associated with people of this kind who only denigrate the image and the good name. If you are dissatisfied, find another job or go back to your country (because it is clear that you are Indian). and be happy in India.

The Indian guy at the Till is very rude and always has chip on his shoulder. Come on mate, get a life! Cheer up!! And one advice I can give you - you're in the wrong business. Go do a door man at some club, it suits you better and you might scare some ppl off but not at your shop till👌

Went into this post office with a prepaid parcel. The woman said it was perpaid I asked her nicely to scan it and it will show that it is perpaid .. no i wont scan it theres no point .. I was nice and went to another post office where the woman scaned my parcel and gave me proof of postage..........if only the woman from this post office would of took a second of her time to scan my parcel she would off seen i was right . Please sometimes just lisen to the customer.
