The service went ahead with the minimum of fuss, and throughout Peter maintained a discreet and sensitive approach, whilst always being ready to help. He also arranged a humanist celebrant who performed her role admirably. The charges were fair, and there was none of the upselling pressure that I experienced from other funeral directors I had approached.
