Our family had a great afternoon canoeing with James. We were provided with buoyancy aids, some simple safety information and an easy explanation of how to paddle before we set off. He has a dry bag to put a few valuables in, and you can just keep drinks handy. The first half is up river, and James provides information on the river as you go. All the kids (even the 5yo) got on well with the paddling and we all enjoyed it. We turned around just before the brewery, and it's a more leisurely ride back downstream, enjoying the tranquility.

Had a fantastic time meandering down (and across at times) the river Brit in the very capable hands of Paris. Had the safety briefing and off we went. Some beautiful scenery en route would definitely recommend this trip we've done a few kayaking trips and canoed on a much bigger canoe previously but this was a great experience and totally different to anything we've done before...we'll be back!

Trip down the river guided by Nick. After a thorough safety briefing we were off! Informative friendly guide who told us about the local wildlife and history and guided us safely up the river and back again. Took my youngest son back in his canoe and made his day!
