I love it there. Been using their service since 2005. Genuine craftsmen and with a fun and personal customer attitude. Moved to Sweden 2 years ago and I still use west one casting. They send overseas, no hassle ever. And I have never had any quality problems with the castings. (Which I have experienced with other casters in same area) So big thumbs up for West One Castings!

Casting is not bad but the guy is rude. Not very helpful and not afraid to tell you to get lost! Seriously he has no customer service skills whatsoever! Casting quality and options are actually good. Prices are reasonable too.
