We have used Wessex Windows twice, once to fit a new front door and doorframe, the other time was to fit an automatic garage door. We will definitely use them again.

A great service to replace our door. Careful, considered advice when coming to quote and measure up and then efficient installation to a high quality once the door and parts were available. Good post-installation service too, tweaking a part that required changing (due to the manufacturers rather than the installation). I recommend Jon and Wessex. Service: General door installation

I was recommended to this company, I phoned and was told "they are busy on a big job, but Jon will phone you early next week" Friday of the next week arrives with no contact . Phoned again and said "no rush but just a gentle reminder" the answer was Jon will phone you early next week. I would have been happy with a simple Cant do your job Mr Steed but to ignore a new customer is not good, however busy or good at your job you are. Mark Steed PS. Jon has now contacted me and satisfactorily explained the situation. He has arranged to see me this coming Monday and will quote me. Installation will take some time as he is so busy, which is testimony to the quality of his work likewise the man. I am now changing my rating to 5 stars

John was incredibly knowledgable and helpful when he visited to repair a poorly fitted window. He went out of his way to make the appointment at very short notice and was very clear and thorough in his explanation of what he was doing throughout every step. Would highly recommend and would be sure to use again.

Excellent service. They fitted our job in quickly, and though it turned out to be more complicated than it had appeared, they stuck with it to a thoroughly satisfactory conclusion, within the quoted price. Contrast that with a certain large franchise that repeatedly failed to come up with a quotation , after weeks - and reminders - and then rang to see whether they could come and do the (unpriced) job that day. When we replace our patio doors Wessex Windows will be the first people we'll call.

Jon and his team recently replaced all of our windows and put in bi-folds to replace old patio doors. I couldn't recommend more highly. We chose Jon as he seemed very knowledgeable and was only one to give consideration to our existing frames and what he would be fitting windows into. Jon did the fitting during storm Ciara! Everything was tidied and left spotless each evening. They came across a couple of problems (that couldn't have been known about beforehand) and went the extra miles in sorting out. Jon took care in coming back to clean surrounds even once finished and to check everything worked. A really great ream to have around and really thorough and professional work. We love our new windows!
