We have a 'Mighty Midget' tuba that my husband uses in situations where he has to march, eg Rememberance Sunday and Christmas eve. On checking it out in preparation for the upcoming Rememberance Sunday parade, he found that the connecting rod that connects the valve to the finger paddle was broken. He wrote to Jonathan and within a few days received a replacement rod at no charge. Best customer service ever!

Just received my new Wessex triple french horn. Had to wait because of Covid but it was well worth it. Quality is excellent, far superior to the Paxman double I bought five years ago and a third of the cost of their triples. I would recommend without hesitation.
