We’re really glad we chose Wessex to manage our move and would choose them again without hesitation. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Everything was handled and transported with exceptional care. They were really polite, helpful, friendly and gave us great advice both prior to and on the actual day of moving. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them and price-wise they were very competitive. Our kids, 5 and 2, were a bit unsure about moving house. The Wessex team were brilliant with them, making them laugh the whole time which helped make the whole process less stressful. This was a really great value add, even though it wasn't something we'd really considered before moving day. Due to problems with money transfers, we didn't get the keys for the new place until 16:45 on moving day. The Wessex team were really understanding and, despite the late start, they bent over backwards, working late into the evening to get everything finished.
