    We ordered cut to size foil backed mirrors which didn't turn up in full for 2 months. We had various problems such as around 70% of the goods being scratched and the first batch all turned up about 5mm too small. When we reported these problems, they were completely incapable of taking any responsibility and apologising, often just passing the blame onto the company they'd subcontracted our job out to. We ended up using a local firm who got the job done in under 2 weeks and were considerably cheaper.
