I was looking for a wheelchair for myself because I suffer from seizures and at that time I had 4 seizures in one week so I was still quite weak. I called so many people finally I came across this number and they were so quick to offer me a wheelchair no questions asked they told me the price and I thought it was for one day but they said it was £25 for one week I couldn't believe it I was so happy. Me and my family had planned a couple of trips that week and I didn't really want to go but then when we got this wheelchair I was so happy and it helped me so much I definitely know where to come next time. richard was a great help no forms or anything to be filled in straight forward service very happy.

Great service and an excellent chair for the larger user (up to 28 stone). Knowledgable, patient and provided referrals for any additional bits (insurance, car hoist installers). Arranged convenient times to review and test the chair prior to purchase. I struggled to find a weight capacity of over 19 stone that would store in my car boot, but this is ideal. Easy collapse mechanism, weight of 26kg with batteries which can be removed. Overall very happy and I know this will give me back some on the indepence I had lost.

First rate service, care and value for money. Richard goes out of his way to support everyone in the family to adjust to mobility issues, with kind and caring suggestions coupled with commitment to get it right. He even loaned me ramps to get my dad into my house at Christmas. Initially I approached a Romsey outfit (hampshire mobility) first where they didn’t even turn up for a booked consultation in their own shop, with no apology or explanation offered until I contacted them again several days later. They did me a favour as their neglect meant I found Wessex Healthcare.

FANTASTIC SERVICE AND AFTER CARE. My husband rang Richard at Wessex Healthcare on Monday 20th December 2021 asking about buying a heavy duty Rollator. Richard hadn't got the model he wanted but said to leave it with him. Richard rang back later that same day to say he could get a different make and model which was actually a better rollator and it could be delivered before Christmas. The rollator arrived on Wednesday 22nd of December as promised. My husband was delighted. As my husband is only 5'8" he ordered the regular height rollator. After using walker for a couple of weeks he began to feel as if he would have been better ordering the extra tall model. He phoned Richard, explained the situation and Richard immediately offered to exchange the rollator as soon as new stock was received. The new model arrived this week with the original one being collected at the same time. One very happy customer. We will certainly be using Richard at Wessex Healthcare Ltd in the future.
