Excellent customer service today and over these past few weeks. We dealt with Eoin the whole way through and we finally picked up our first ever Mazda today. Unlike another non-Mazda car dealership who didn't follow up on our enquiry, Eoin called us as promised days after we test drove the car. We were looking at the equivalent car in a different make and could have been swayed either way. What I would say is that I thought the Mazdas at Wessex were better presented and cleaner internally. Whilst the other cars could easily have been cleaned, it did give a poorer impression. On our test drive, Eoin listened to what we did and didn't want and wasn't pushy with us. Mazda are picking up our car next week to fit an extra that we've ordered, giving us a courtesy car for the day. So far so good.
