Very bad experience. My parents recently purchased a car from here, their second purchase from the same garage. First purchase very good and highly recommended. Second purchase where to start… Test drove a Kia Sportage in a view to purchase the same vehicle. Which was agreed and deposit paid. Car picked up Monday 24th April great service. Tuesday 25th April this is where the problems start… Large scratch on offside rear door, not on the car originally. Monday was a very wet day unable to check body work. Garage was called to advise of the problem, same time the pictures taken by the salesperson were also checked of the car test driven. Now is the time we notice different registration numbers. They’re told they were always told this! It was always going to be another car! They were under the impression it was the same car! So complain to the garage as you would, the manager agrees to the door being fixed FOC which is done, also to the difference of the price in cars to be refunded, but this was later rescinded. So they now have a car in worse state that agreed to purchase at a higher price. If it was me as a customer this car would be returned for a refund in full. I’m currently in the process of advising my parents to get a refund in full.
