I can't recommend Gail, Graham and the team highly enough. Throughout the whole journey from my uncle's death to his funeral, Gail made herself available to support us, provide us with information and advice, and answer many questions. She was always patient, sympathetic and understanding. On the day of the funeral, Graham and his assistant were kind, helpful and encouraging. The whole process of organising the funeral felt personal and we felt very cared for by the whole team.

I can not speak highly enough of Gail, Graham and Aimee! They were professional yet caring during the hardest time you can imagine. They were incredibly respectful and it gave us so much comfort to know Gail was looking after our boyo so well. Graham delivered a perfectly unique funeral for our superstar! 8 months later we chose Wessex to organise my mums funeral too. Graham personally drove my mum back to Wales as per her wishes and she couldn’t have been in better hands! You will always hold a special place in our hearts 💞

Absolutely awful, rude, aggressive and abusive man, the wife was polite but to have a 75yr old lady be spoken down to as she has just left the room in tears was atrocious, demanding money for a funeral she has not ordered, rude phone calls has now left her to scared to attend her family funeral. From personal experience I would not recommend using this place, it’s a cheap, budget, back street funeral parlour, run by an abusive , ignorant man that dresses more like a builder not a funeral director. I’ve had to give 1 star as you cannot post a review without any.
