After a lot of research we decided that Wessex eco energy sounded the best company to install our solar panels. We started back in September with Luke who spent lots of time on the phone answering my questions and being extremely patient while I grappled with the complexities of modern technology. Next Andy who designed our array and who was also friendly and knowledgeable and put up with me changing my mind several times. Then Nathan came to do an on-site survey, he was polite and helpful and explained in detail how it would all be fixed to the roof and how it would all work. Then we had Jay, Mark & Casper who worked through the rain. They were all very respectful of our house and did an excellent neat job explaining what they were doing as they went along. Lastly Pete arrived, he again was professional and friendly and did an extremely neat job with what looked like hundreds of wires. He gave a very good explanation of how it would all function. Lizzie & Elena in the office we’re helpful and polite each time I spoke to them. Everyone we came in contact with were a credit to their company and we are so pleased that we chose you to do the installation. Thank you.

I had been considering and researching solar panels for some time and had varying responses to enquiries from other companies. Right from the start Wessex ECOEnergy responded quickly and honestly. They are not the cheapest company but only fit products that they have experience of and are reliable. I first contacted in February 2022 and had a quick response but was warned from the start that demand was high and it would not be until probably August that the project could be started. In fact due to a cancellation they have been fitted in July. All the staff have given clear information and led me through the process of selling back to the grid. All the relevant forms have been dealt with and scaffolders arranged. The actual team of fitters and electricians were good fun and sorted out any minor problems quickly and in consultation with us. We now have a working array and look forward the battery part of the installation next year. I won't mention specific names but a big thank you to all the people I have dealt with and I have already recommended your company to several people locally. Thanks again. James Blackstock

Starting with a myenergi Zappi and Eddi to maximise the use of an existing solar array, the team at Wessex ECOEnergy then worked with me to find a cost efficient battery and new solar array system (both SolarEdge) that would meet the requirements of the DNO / Electricity Board. Faced with product shortages and an inconsistent supply chain they were able to work through these, offering me suitable alternatives in design and specification - keeping me up to date and in the loop all the way through. Everyone in the team whom I met was helpful, friendly and professional, their work on my roof and in my house was careful and neat, and I highly recommend their design and installation service.
