I found the staff to be unhelpful and it took a long time for the letter to arrive. Then to be asked to get a Binocular Field Vision test done at my earliest convenience and get the results to them as soon as possible, was not good. Waiting for an assessment was unacceptable, even though they had asked for £125.00 up front. Not good enough when you are waiting to get back on the road. From start to finish is a joke - more than 2 months is needed.

I went here not knowing what to expect but after a friendly sit down with an o/t and a disabled adaptation expert all my worries were taken away I was shown what I would require to assist my driving and been given tuition in a car with the adaptions I would require and have a small driving lesson I cannot thank these ladies enough if your in need from the centre to help you get back to driving safely without being in pain I would recommend that you get a referral from motability and go ahead and use this centre
