Would not recommend ,first came on 31st October ,been lucky if he comes once a week to fix blocked pipe out of septic, haven’t had anyone here for 3 weeks,wants paying after every day,already had £2000 now wants £5000 to dig 3 test holes and lay a pipe. Still got mounds of earth all over garden. Not happening anymore.

Had a blocked drain which was dealt with by a friendly gentleman (forgot ask for his name but had a long red beard). He worked patiently pumping the plunger which was intense given he persisted for almost 30minutes. He could have asked me to undo a box over the hole which would have meant 20-30 min extra work for me (including disassembling a storage cupboard) but worked with the space he had. I really appreciated his persistence and also the advice on how to avoid fat build ups in the gully in the future. Super service - will use again!

Rip off. Guy turned up. Spent 25 minutes cleaning then sat in his van for 15 minutes to ensure he could charge for excess over 30 minutes. Then threw branch in drain to try and persuade me the drain needed a camera to investigate at £100 extra. Do not use.
