Trying to leave a donation of children's clothes and school uniform. All good condition. First gentleman who opens the door is very friendly, appreciative and takes the bag, I say what's in it and all appears fine. Then an older lady pokes her head up from behind, saying 'no no no, we don't take children's clothes, we can't take those, they don't sell, you'll have to take them back". I appreciate that if they don't sell then you may not want them, but firstly update all of your staff on this as I have dropped children's clothes here many times before with no qualms. Secondly, as a charity I was not expecting her to be so rude. I will not be dropping here again unfortunately.
