Exceptionally helpful, professional and diligent. An extremely good technical eye and I would thoroughly recommend him (as a developer with 30 years plus experience) for assurance. Despite a first class build, Viktor was still able to uncover the smallest flaws and raise for our attention which clearly demonstrates his skill and close observation. You should not buy anything without employing him ! A Very fair price as well which would (almost definitely) pay for itself every time.

Viktor visited our new build recently to carry out a snagging survey. Upon arrival Viktor was very friendly and professional. It was very clear from the beginning that Viktor takes great pride in his work, and he meticulously went through every part of our new house with a fine tooth comb. He noticed many things that we didn't see! Which is what makes him so good at his work. When the report came through it was very detailed and to the point, with clear instructions on how we address the issues that Viktor raised with the developer. We would highly recommend Viktor.
