I am a junior doctor who was struggling to find a mortgage and working busy long shifts I didn't have the time for multiple meetings with different banks, though Ifty Bhatti one of the mortgage advisers at wesleyan who specialises in doctor mortgage applications was incredibly helpful and worked hard for me to get my mortgage which was a challenge as I had been rejected from multiple banks and issues with banks not accepting my employment contracts etc. If you are looking for a mortgage broker I would highly recommend Ifty Bhatti.

Rather disappointing experience trying to get advice about my NHS pension. Had what felt like a very helpful first meeting but then it fell apart. I felt very let down and have wasted a few critical months as I am very close to a deadline. It became clear that I was of no monetary value as there was no charge for this advice as I am an established client of the firm. I have had a personal and Practice insurance policy with them for 27 years but this was a great let down and I wouldn’t recommend Wesleyan now to colleagues.

Outstanding service again from Keith Johnston at Wesleyan. He has helped us tremendously for quite a few years now, but especially the last 18 months. He has tirelessly arranged a plethora of mortgage offers for us as house purchses kept falling though. Keith always makes you feel at ease and makes it his priority to get you sorted. He has been amazing at helping us get offers out in super fast time to meet deadlines. We've finally got sorted with a house now and Keith has been instrumental in making it happen. Cant recomment him enogh. Thank you Keith.

I could not be more disappointed. When my advisor left Wesleyan, I was offered a phonecall with a person I'd never heard of. I thought this was poor practice, complained, and was offered £50. When I refused the £50, Wesleyan found they owed me over £1400. This year, they have displayed my account details to another client. I was invited to discuss this via their "SECURE" 🤣portal. If it was secure, why had my account details been displayed? This was followed up by an email addressed to "Mr Haynes" (certainly not me!!). I have now been directed to the "failed relationships" section, although I haven't managed to get through to the number, nor do I consider that I have failed in my relationship with Wesleyan.
