Wernick Events is not a very nice place to work. The other departments may be different, I cannot give a clear review for these departments. Events is like the “Poor Cousin” to the other departments, there are never the correct tools or materials to carry out any tasks and there are no clear guidelines to follow reference what is expected of you. There is no structure to how jobs are allocated and to who. Professionalism doesn’t exist in this department from the top cascading all the way down to the shop floor. No progression or appraisal advice is discussed with employees in-fact very little communication is had between Management and Employees. The working environment is untidy and in some cases unsafe. Housekeeping does not exist with rubbish and working materials left all around the work areas causing trip hazards. Unfortunately a culture of “If your face fits” seems to be very much in place too. This is very much my personal opinion of the way things are run from my personal experience. 😔
