Terrible experience at this club. Highlights included: -20 minute wait for the cloakroom. It was free but they had one staff member. I’d rather pay the £2 and have three staff members and be done in 5 mins. -Over zealous security killing the vibe, ratting toilet doors for no real reason and the like. Also he didn’t know the venue layout or facilities, we were told there was unisex toilets only and waited about 15 mins for the ones beside the cloakroom only to walk into the main room and find empty toilets (with urinals) beside the stage. -Absolutely incompetent bar staff. Waited for so long twice for the person serving our section to inexplicably disappear. One person serving the whole bar for a period of time. -Insanely overpriced drinks. £13.50 a double spirit with horrible cheap gun mixer in a plastic cup. Had to send two of the drinks back on separate occasions as the syrup had ran out and the staff member acted like I was doing them a great disservice. Taking the p*ss. -Sound system was poor, everything sounded really muddy and my ears are badly ringing the next day. I will never return.
