Due to the bank holiday on Friday my inlaws tablets ran out. After ringing 111 they sent an emergency prescription to the chemist in Batley. The two ladies were brilliant and efficient and did their very best to ensure my elderly parents received their medication. Thank you so much

Booked me in an appt at a time where their own consultant doesn’t even start (started 1hr later) then tried to fob me off. 30mins of my time wasted. Unprofessional and no apology issued. Disorganised and lack of management!

My GP prescribes and sent an electronic prescription earlier this morning, I rang and asked for it delivering as I had no one to pick it up not was it possible for me to get to the pharmacy. Initially they said that they were a driver down so unless the prescription was sent by lunchtime, it wouldn't get delivered. I rang my GP who said it had already been sent, so rang the pharmacy again, had to give my name three times, they checked the computer, said they'd received it and it would be delivered. It hasn't been!!!
