    We have just been at Paul's to organise buying a corn snake. We are first-time reptile owners. We were served by Ruby who was informative, helpful and friendly. She took her time to show us the different snakes and explain their care, their food, habitat etc. My two boys had a million questions and Ruby answered them all. Not only have we now reserved our snake, I also feel really confident that if I have any snake-related questions, I know who to call. I'm really impressed at the customer service, expertise and enthusiasm for imparting knowledge. What a great shop.
