    Few things; - Called ahead to request a taxi but got back, without asking for context, destination, timeframe, etc., "We don't have anything". Didn't offer up a waiting time or even an alternative until I prompted them. - The alternative they did provide would have added 20 minutes travel time to our cab journey, and whatever additional costs that would have entailed. We instead ordered an Uber to the station where they are based; this was never advised as an option or solution by them even though it was our best bet. - We booked a cab with them via our hotel for the following day. This was to take us to a wedding, so time critical. Said cab didn't show up. - When the hotel called to enquire where it was, they said there was no booking. The hotel owner instead drove us to the wedding and booked our return cab with a more reliable company. - The cab they said had not been booked arrived to pick us up an hour after we had requested. They couldn't have cared less. Avoid.
