Absolutely amazing staff explained water safety to kids in a way they understood. Very helpful and disabled friendly. They have boats available for people with limited mobility too.

I've taken kids there before but this time I was more aware of what a wonderful resource it is, enhanced by its 'back of beyond location' It's also dog and autism friendly. Since I'm autistic and I have a labradoodle, that has to be good. Love it!

Great day out in nice weather! Young, polite staff that were helpful. I was slightly confused with how to go about partaking in the kayaking because you walk upstairs to an office but we got there in the end!
