Louth depot and some staff lovely can't do enough for You! Others should not be working there! Had one delivery couldn't fault it and tipped driver. Next delivery came in 2 small loads which we ordered one big one as on display to all to see however it turned up in small truck travelled a longer way than should and consequently 2nd load totally different colours which cannot happen according to the office!! We were lied to also and the reasom for this was the big lorrys were all busy and I was patronised to the last second! So unfortunately I felt the need to share the bad experience!
