Post sales support has been outstanding. 4 years after installation, the team (notably Dionne, Dan & Phil) have been friendly and helpful. They efficiently resolved some minor problems with no hassle and to a very high standard. This is a company that cares about its customers. Would recommend. Update -- some years later and yet again wonderful support from the team. Nothing is too much trouble. No hesitation to recommend such a great company. I would add another star if google allowed it!

This company supplied my carpenter who claimed he had made the doors and windows! The doors don't fit and have split, the carpenter retired, Welsted will not help with either warranty or resupply new doors and beadings even if i paid! therefore i have ill fitting doors and windows that don't work.. currently best suggestion is run a mile before coming here. 7 Months later they still will not offer support to help a customer affect by a bad installer of their products!! Even if paid for.. therefore the Don't care about the end users... a house that can't be signed off due to no one able to match or wanting to touch Welsteds products

Ordered a bespoke door with indicative delivery timing of 6-8 weeks. Two months later it turned out that my order was still in queue (not in production) with absolutely no indication on the waiting time. As though they didn’t know about issues with their supplies and staffing when they took my order. Had to cancel and get the deposit back. They let us down pretty badly as we really needed the door but couldn’t wait forever.
