    Selling Herman Chairs with no guarantee sticker! I ordered a Herman Millet office chair and it’s arrived with no guarantee sticker on the bottom. The delivery driver asked me to contact the office which I did within a few hours and got no response. I emailed them again on Monday and they’ve said we’ll make a note of it. I’ve asked them to either supply the guarantee sticker or collect the chair and give me a refund. Surprise.surprise no response. Buyer beware! Selling expensive chairs with no guarantee sticker and poor customer service!

Really helpful customer service, plus you can try the chair to make sure that it works for you. 1 hour delivery slots which they always seem to keep to (they have their own delivery & servicing team). I wish more companies could be as professional and helpful as Wellworking!

    The best home delivery experience ever!. I ordered a Herman Miller Aeron 2 on Saturday and it was delivered by the following Wednesday. Communication from Wellworking was excellent at every step, and the home delivery was by far the best I have ever experienced. It was delivered by Paul who works for Wellworking, and he was friendly, knowledgeable and someone who knows and appreciates a quality product. I will definitely be ordering from Wellworking again in the future.

    Not so great of a customer service. I've sent an email asking info about a gas cylinder replacement, they dont fully know what cylinder options are available, it seems they don't know their products. I did some research on my own and couldn't find the answer, hence, I tried asking again in a different email and they did the even bother replying... Reply: So you did answer the email I sent out 6 days ago, you're totally sure? Although when leaving a negative feedback your response time is exceptionally fast. I'll give you 3 stars for that!👍
