Will never use them again. Slow - other people in the chain caught up despite a 2 month head-start and no complications. Incapable of effectively scanning official documentation - wonky, unreadable. Outdated voicemails (Christmas leave in June). Poor communication - seems they do not talk to each other in the same office and ask for documents already requested by a colleague. Jargon filled emails which repeatedly needed clarification/explanation. Ended up having to go through their formal complaints procedure in the middle of selling/buying a house - the last thing anybody needs.

Pearson & Ward are conveyance for our house sale, and we had had little or no communication with our conveyer , if there was communication it was either myself or my wife asking for an update, and we were meet with, “ I was ask them to contact you” and we never were contacted, but received an email to say, can you sign this, this seemed as a reminder that we are a customer. We did speak to our conveyor the Wednesday before the jubilee break, BUT when we rang the Monday after, we were informed she had left, not even the decency to inform us she was leaving. Communication is the key to a happy customer.
