2nd stay in the pods. Spotlessly clean and everything you need. The site itself is kept immaculate. Nick the owner is very helpful if needed. Plenty of stunning countryside for walks and lovely pubs within walking distance. A beautiful pub to visit is the dog at peaover, 12 min drive, beautiful pub and amazing food. Would definitely recommend Welltrough pods. 👌

A wonderful, peaceful site . Kept in immaculate order with a mown path stretching 1.8 km around farm . Our dog loved it as did we. Easy walk to a local pub and within driving distance to great locations. Metered electricity but only cost us £6 for 4 nights as no heating was needed. 23 hardstanding pitches and 4 grass pitches. 5 glamping huts with hot tubs. Can't wait to go back. Thankyou.

This was our third visit and the best yet. Nick has increased the amount of pitches and every pitch has great views and are fully serviced. All pitches now have a pay as you use electric meter and if you haven't got one or two pound coins for the meter you can change notes in a little hut by the static van. There's two designated walks to two different pubs and another walk that laps the farm. All in all an excellent AO site. 5* Walkability: The walk around the farm on the designated path is really picturesque and is very pleasant in the summer months, I've even done it in winter too and it's still as nice.

Stayed at Welltrough caravan site for 3 nights, wish it hd been longer. Sat nav sent us down narrow lane so please go through Holmes Chapel. The site was kept emaculate. The cut grass farm walk ending at the local pub was the best dogwalk you could possibly have. Site to pub 3.5K but had options to shorten this to 1K and other lengths inbetween. I cant recomend this site enough, even had half a dozen alpacas to talk to. We will be back as this site should not be missed.

Wonderful site we’ve been coming to for a few years now. Nick is a fabulous host and the site and facilities are immaculate. The new pitches are lovely on the opposite side of the site overlooking Jodrell Bank. The 3km walk around the farm is perfect for our four legged friends. Can’t recommend this site enough Rooms : 5/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 5/5 … More
