Please read the reviews before you have the misfortune of dealing with this business. Ordered 1000 envelopes, they put the incorrect address and lied about getting it redelivered. They're now ignoring my phone calls. Liars and morally inept. Ebay and Amazon should ban them as sellers. I'll be contacting Trading Standards too, this can't run.

I have placed an order on 6th March and paid for the next day delivery and the boxes have never arrived on time. I am moving tomorrow and still don’t have the boxes. Honestly, I called them 5 times , they are not picking up the phone. I emailed them twice with no response. TERRIBLE. I strongly NOT RECOMMEND.

I have purchased a few times in person and everything was fine but went there few months ago and as I was leaving was challenged by some old man who seemed to think I stole 3 boxes (worth less than £15)! Not sure that anyone cared when complained. Had to get more boxes again, paid by cash and suppose to receive an invoice by email but it was never sent. Repeatedly asked for invoices on numerous occasions but again didn't receive them.

Ordered some packaging from Wellpack that was needed urgently to ship a delicate item. I ordered a couple of hours before the 3pm cut off for next day delivery. I paid the £10 additional charge for next day delivery and awaited for my items. The next day I called up late afternoon to ask where the order was as it hadn’t arrived. The person answering the phone assured me that the delivery would arrive before 5pm as I had paid for next day postage. Around 30 minutes after I made the call I received an email showing the order had literally just been dispatched. When I called back I was told to expect the delivery the following day. The company seems to be run from someone’s bedroom and is not professional at all. Very rude staff who rung up when I complained and then stopped answering the phone. Avoid avoid avoid

Placed an order, goods never arrived. Refund requested and accepted. Item randomly arrived too little too late , return request authorised. Had to get proof of return for refund but not all the money has been credited Not only am I a partner in a company, I'm a consumer I have put a complaint into ASA and will be contacting trading standards on Monday morning I feel I have given sufficient time to be contacted by whoever is running the show PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK AVOID AVOID AVOID
