    I treated myself to a chill day with sauna, back massage & wash with styling at the wellness zone recently after seeing their social media posts- the place was easy to find with loads of parking outside, really clean & modern interior with a really cute photo wall for guests! The sauna is massive for just one person, great shower in the changing room. The massage room is unreal- twinkle lights and heated beds, the hair salon was kitted out with all the best products and massaging hair wash chairs. A real luxury venue with great prices, the best hot chocolate and really friendly and professional staff who made my visit feel like a VIP spa experience day!

    When credit is due it should truly be given…..had a back massage by the therapist Millie today and wow expectations were exceeded. Totally amazing, the atmosphere, the professionalism and the massage itself was the best I’d ever had. You could clearly tell she gives her all. Incredible

    Very poor customer service. Very rushed and didn’t listen to what was asked. Seen by a lady with long blond hair, don’t know her name as she never introduced herself. Had another appointment booked soon after mine and therefore was rushing to do my hair. She also cut my hair way to short, left me in tears. Really regret going there and wouldn’t recommend to anyone else. Avoid this place.
