Avoid at any cost! I`ve never experienced so inadequate service from Private Heath care. A month ago I was booked for an appointment with a consultant and then referred to diagnostics test. My test were booked to the wrong date than what`s discussed but eventually after several phone calls and unnecessary delayes, i had it all done at The Princess Grace Hospital part of HCA. Keep in mind they dont do bloods for outpatients there, so i had to go and have bloods test done at another clinic. I wish i was told that in advance and didnt have to fast just to get the ultrasound. Anyway, 3 weeks later, not a word from the doctor`s office. I tried to call the PA on many occasions, no luck! The staff from the main switchboard have been very helpful though but yet, the breath test i should have received at home weeks ago was never dispatched. It`s simply shocking that with their charges, the doctor`s secretary wouldn't even return my call after many voice messages i left. Compared to HCA Wellington Hospital NHS is extremely efficient. Avoid at any cost!

Avoid this hospital! I went to this hospital to see an consult and she carried out an examination during the consultation. Afterwards I got a £200 invoice from the hospital for this “treatment”. The consultant already charges £300 for the initial consultation and the examination. It is outrageous that this hospital charges so much for using the room and the equipment inside the room! And the worst part nobody tells you about this prior or during the consultation. The total visit was about 10 mins! This hospital is a money pit and drain you of your savings.
