There are no signs on the building saying Protyre and I had to drive around the estate and then stop and ask for help. When I asked the guy in the office he just said there's been a take over. I had booked an MOT and 2 new tyres and paid online. Turned up for appointment and they did the MOT first before putting on the tyres and then included an advisory on the MOT that the tyres were worn close to legal limit. When I read the MOT and complained about the advisory they said I had a pre-booked time for the MOT and as I'd turned up at that time, they had to do that first. All this poor service took them 2.5 hours which itself is a joke, it should have taken a little over 1 hour.
